Eligibility
Loans are exclusively available to current civil servants in South Africa, Zambia, and other specified regions. Applicants must provide proof of employment and identity.

Loan Application Process
By applying for a loan, applicants agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in denial or legal action.

Loan Approval
Loan approval is subject to NEXERA CAPITAL FUNDING’s review of the applicant’s eligibility, credit history, and other internal criteria. Fast approval is not guaranteed for all applicants.

Repayment Terms
Loan repayment terms will be provided during the approval process. The borrower agrees to adhere to the repayment schedule outlined in the loan agreement. Early repayment may be allowed but subject to applicable fees.

Interest Rates and Fees
Interest rates and fees for loans will be clearly communicated to the borrower at the time of approval. Rates may vary based on the applicant’s financial standing.

Privacy and Confidentiality
All personal information provided during the loan application will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. NEXERA CAPITAL FUNDING is committed to safeguarding customer information.

Late Payments
Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees and may affect the borrower’s credit score. NEXERA CAPITAL FUNDING reserves the right to take legal action for unpaid loans.

Changes to Terms
NEXERA CAPITAL FUNDING reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to borrowers.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding the loan agreement will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the borrower’s country of residence.

Limitation of Liability
NEXERA CAPITAL FUNDING will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the loan agreement.
